Game Program

Letter to Sponsors / Advertisers

Advertising Contract

We are excited to bring you more details on the 2009 Game Program that we will be using as our Fall fundraiser.

The program will not only allow us to raise money, but will also be a keepsake for the players and their families.  It will be 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, nicely bound, and will contain team rosters, photos, schedules, coaching staff information and some history on prior teams/players.  The remainder of the program will be ads and obviously this is where the fundraising part comes in.  We want to sell as many company ads as possible and will need help from all of you to accomplish this.  There will also be personal ads from families and friends wishing their favorite Ranger player(s) a great season.  The program will be given to our fans at the District games beginning in March.

Other teams/organizations have been very successful in raising money through program ad sales, but as I indicated above we need help from all of you to make this successful.  We all come into contact with many different businesses on a normal basis or we may know some business owners - whether it be a restaurant, retail outlet, doctor, realtor, insurance agent, bank, accountant, attorney ... - the opportunities are endless.

Please start working to sell the advertisements as soon as possible.  I have attached a letter and the advertisement contract for you to use when selling ads for the program.  The contract has the specifics for ad prices as well as the artwork requirements.  Due to time constraints, February 27, 2009 is the final deadline for submitting all ads and payment, but the sooner we can sell them the better.  This will prevent a last minute crunch in getting all of the material set for the printer.

Gloria Riddle will be coordinating the Game Program project.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact her at 281-686-9124 or gkelsoriddle@aol.com

With your help we can make this a huge success.

Thank you,

Dennis Hethcoat
